Don’t worry get busy.  Instead of worrying about the things we can’t control, I discuss some ideas on how to get busy and fix them.  In other words how to use basic techniques to help train your subconscious mind and even other people to help you mitigate the impact of the threats you are worried about.  Do you have bills you can’t pay?  Trouble with kids?  Sick family members?  Worries about upcoming potential weather disasters?  Do you feel your safety is in jeapordy?  These might be just a few things you’re concerned about.  Let me share some ideas I learned from my mentor about what to do.  It might help if you’re stressed out a bit, or even if you’re not, when you find yourself in a stressful situation, remember this podcast.

Recorded this past Saturday, hope you enjoy it.
