So who on here knows something about wild edible plants in Texas.  I have been looking for a book but have not been able to find one with actual photos instead of drawings.  I would love to pick someones brain on this subject.
I can hrlp you out there too Poison 1974. What would you like to know about?

When SHTF, I'm heading over to the creamery first thing and raid the deep freeze and eat ice cream until I can't see straight.

The have freeze dried ice cream. I used to love getting astronaut ice cream when I was a kid. Haven't had any in years.

the last time I had freeze dried ice cream was when the space shuttle was being tested for its gliding capabilities at Edwards AFB back in the early 80`s, and that was at an air show where it was on static display.  LOL!
