  2. Hey Bob, I just wanted to say that one of my favorite shows I learn from (besides yours! 😉 ) is ‘Pawn Stars’ on the History Channel. Watching ‘Rick’ on that show negotiate is amazing. He’s very good, and I agree with your ‘silence’ theory 100%. Thanks for another great podcast!
