Episode 135- Treating medical problems in an emergency; Getting back to eating REAL foods; 2 great interviews.

2 Interviews in this episode. First is Matt Brasik, founder of Midwest Disaster Medical. It’s a school in Wisconsin teaching students how to administer medical care after a disaster that may last long term, when it’s apparent no medical help will be arriving soon. We discuss first aid kits, medical supplies to stock up on, what classes to take and even what skills you should know. Second is Kimberly Sweet. She is getting her Master’s degree in holistic nutrition in Colorado. We discuss what seasonal foods are, why you should concentrate on eating seasonal foods, organic foods and how to begin a transition to healthier eating and nutrition. I think you will find both of these interviews quite informative. Please check out the links below as well. Version 2 of the “Survival Champions Club” podcast is available, click the link at the top of the page for more details. Also please join our forum to discuss both of these interviews and more.
